HVAC Service Technician

Chadds Ford Climate Control is looking to hire a full-time HVAC Service Technician to represent our company while going into our Chester County clients’ homes to service, repair, install, and propose HVAC equipment replacements while keeping up with the manufacturer’s recommendations and local codes. In this role, you will work closely with clients to ensure they feel knowledgeable and comfortable about their options when it comes to financing and maintenance plans. QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN

• 3 to 5 years of previous Residential or light Commercial HVAC technician experience
• Strong work ethic and dedication to providing top-notch customer service
• Competency in current technology, such as email and mobile devices
• Ideally lives within 20 miles of office location
• Valid driver’s license

The Plumbing Service Technician is a key member of our team, performing service work on plumbing systems residential environments. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

Three years prior experience in the plumbing industry and have proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers. You are self-motivated, thrive in fast moving environments, and able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines.

• Install repair and maintain plumbing systems in commercial and residential environments
• Perform drain cleaning on plumbing systems
• Perform minor to complex service work on plumbing systems
• Work with blueprints and job specifications as it applies to the craft
• Identity proper materials and quantities for new and existing projects
• Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition

• Valid Driver’s License and good driving record
• 3 to 4 years experience in plumbing
• Strong work ethic and dedication to providing top-notch customer service
• Competency in current technology, such as email and mobile devices
• Ideally lives within 20 miles of office location
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional appearance and personality
