“I love having a relationship with a company I can respect and count on. No matter what the issue, (AC, Heating, Generac, and now Water heater) the guys they send out are top notch— courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. So it was not surprising that John and David were exactly that, as well. Very nice personable young men. I was their last appointment before the weekend and they took the time and care to complete the replacement even though they needed to go pick up an extra piece to complete the job perfectly. They even helped to make sure a cranky basement door was locked and secured for me before they left. Such deserved recognition.
Thank you, guys! And thank you Climate Control.”
